Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline due to our fault
  • • There are significant technical issues that prevent project completion from our end
  • • The delivered product does not meet the agreed specifications as outlined in the project contract
  • • We fail to provide adequate support during the agreed warranty period
  • • Cancellation is requested within 24 hours of project initiation (subject to conditions)

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

  • • Completed and delivered projects that meet the agreed specifications
  • • Consulting services that have been provided (time-based services)
  • • Training and workshop sessions that have been conducted
  • • Third-party costs (hosting, licenses, domains, etc.) that have been purchased on your behalf
  • • Projects where development work has exceeded 25% completion
  • • Custom AI solutions after the initial development phase has begun
  • • Changes in client requirements after project approval

Refund Timeline & Process

Request Timeline:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of project completion or service delivery.

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the approval date.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Partial Refunds:

For projects in progress, refunds may be calculated based on work completed and resources utilized.

Cancellation Policy

Early Cancellation (Within 24 hours):

Full refund available if no work has commenced. If initial consultation or planning has begun, a 10% administrative fee may apply.

Mid-Project Cancellation:

Clients will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

Force Majeure:

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), both parties may negotiate cancellation terms in good faith.

Service-Specific Policies

AI Website Development

50% refund available if cancelled before design approval. No refund after development begins.

Custom AI Solutions

Refunds based on development milestones. Full refund if cancelled before requirement analysis completion.

Business Automation

Refund available if automation doesn't achieve promised efficiency gains within 30 days.

Consulting & Training

No refunds for completed sessions. Unused session credits can be refunded within 90 days.
