Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Bindal Infotech's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • 50% advance payment required to start project
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion
  • Monthly billing for ongoing services
  • Payment due within 15 days of invoice date

Late Payment

Late payments may result in project suspension and additional charges. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at 2% per month.

Project Delivery & Timelines

  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope changes
  • Client approval and feedback response time affects delivery dates
  • We strive to meet agreed deadlines but are not liable for delays beyond our control
  • Rush projects may incur additional charges
  • Final delivery requires complete payment

Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the custom code and designs created specifically for their project.

Bindal Infotech Rights

  • We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • We may use general knowledge and experience gained from projects
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
  • Third-party licenses and components remain property of their respective owners

Limitations of Liability

Bindal Infotech shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the total project value
  • Issues arising from third-party services or platforms
  • Client's failure to maintain backups or security

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project requirements and specifications
  • Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Provide necessary access to systems and accounts
  • Ensure content and materials are legally compliant
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Make timely payments as per agreed schedule

Warranty & Support

Warranty Period

We provide 30 days warranty for bug fixes and issues in delivered projects.

Support Services

  • Free technical support for 30 days post-delivery
  • Ongoing maintenance available at additional cost
  • Emergency support available for critical issues
  • Training and documentation provided

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.

Termination Conditions

  • Payment due for work completed up to termination date
  • Client receives deliverables for paid work
  • Confidentiality obligations continue post-termination
  • Immediate termination for breach of contract

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Changes to Terms
